Who is Corvelva?

 

The association CORVELVA - (Coordinamento Regionale Veneto per la Libertà delle Vaccinazioni) was founded in 1993 and its principle aim is vaccination freedom of choice in the region of Veneto in Italy.

 

In recent years Corvelva has been actively engaged in the management of (1) objection to vaccination in relation to the school attendance, (2) the Juvenile Court and (3) sanctions, obtaining excellent results. These three hard rocks, thanks to constant and continuous work, have been overcome by reaching our objective with regional leaders which has led to the suspension of compulsory vaccination for all those born from January 1, 2008. Since then, the association’s activity has focused on assisting those who have suffered injury due to compulsory and non-compulsory vaccines, and on research related to the issue of vaccine injury. Today, there is a new battle for the right of therapeutic choice. We continue our work to support families in every aspect of freedom of choice and care.

NOTE: Hexyon is the same as Hexaxim used in South Africa. Hexyon is the brand name used in the EU and Hexaxim is the brand name used outside the EU. Manufactured by Sanofi Pasteur.

2018.12.16 - Initial results on Hexyon chemical composition

In this Hexyon batch (hexavalent 6-in-1) it has been found, as in the previous analysed vaccines:

  • Chemical contaminants from the manufacturing process or cross contaminants from different production lines

  • Chemical toxins

  • Glutaraldehyde

Unlike Infanrix Hexa, using the same method, it has been found:

  • Protein antigens of Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis toxoids

It has not been found only 3 antigens out of 6:

  • Protein antigens of Hepatitis B, Haemophilus influenzae B, Poliomyelitis 1-2-3 

  • Formaldehyde, antibiotic residues as labelled in the composition

In conclusion:​

Hexyon hexavalent too, just like Infanrix Hexa, as for the methodology we have commissioned, casts major doubts on both its effectiveness and on its safety.

Conclusions

Overall, this analysis tells us that compared to Infanrix hexa (the other analysed hexavalent) the treatment with formaldehyde is much milder, and there is genetic material from the starting cultures, which should not be there. This may pose a potential risk for autoimmunity, local and systemic inflammation, genetic mutations.

INFANRIX HEXA

 

2018.12.16 - Initial results on Infanrix Hexa chemical composition

In Infanrix Hexa we found (summary)

  • chemical contamination from the manufacturing process or cross-contamination with other manufacturing lines;

  • chemical toxins;

  • bacterial peptide toxins;

  • insoluble and indigestible macromolecule that reacts to the protein assay, but cannot be recognized by any protein databases.

 

We have not found:

  • Protein antigens of diphtheria toxoid, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, haemophilus influenzae B, Poliomyelitis 1-2-3;

  • Formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde, phenoxyethanol, antibiotic residues indicated in the composition.

2019.02.21 - Technical report on MALDI analysis related to the insoluble compound present in the Infanrix Hexa vaccine

 

The conclusions:

From the analyses performed it was not possible to identify the compound but to detect some chemical-physical properties on which to pay attention:

  • Insolubility of the compound in polar media;

  • Potential ability of the compound to aggregate and sequester compounds present in the organic solution;

  • Non volatile compound even if irradiated with MALDI laser light.

It means that the compound is of high molecular weight and consists of a single large apolar macromolecule.

 

The features mentioned above are typical of different compounds including:

  • Functionalized resins.

  • Macromolecular compounds with altered, aggregate and retentive conformation (insoluble with high resistance to digestion eg: PRIONS).

2019.04.22 - What did we find in the 6-in-1 (Infanrix Hexa) vaccine?

Analisi MALDI-TOF analysis of the macromolecule: it was not possible to study it because it incorporated the matrix of the analysis. 1 Is it a prion behaviour?

PRIORIX TETRA (MMRV)

 

2018.12.02 - Initial results on Priorix Tetra chemical composition

  1. Batch #1 and Batch #2 present different aspects, 115 signals vs 173 identified.
    A quantity of signals (compounds) very different from each other. With “signal” we mean an identified “trace”. With “known” we mean that that trace, defined by a compound with a specific molecular weight, entered in the database, produces one or more associations.
    We must be worried for what we discovered (known signals) but also, and most of all, for what we couldn’t identify because, and we are at hypothetical level, there could be everything.

  2. Both Batches contain traces ranging between nanonagrams and micrograms. That is of particular importance because some compounds are very toxic, others are known allergens and some others are probably pharmaceutical molecules like Sildenafil (Viagra), or Gabapentin (anti-epileptic), or Atovaguone (organic compound for the production of an anti-malaria medicine).

  3. Both Batches contain traces that can be associated with several antibiotics, herbicides, acaricides and morphine metabolites.

  4. Batch #2 contains traces that could be associated with AMD-070, an anti-HIV drug.

  5. Batch #2 contains traces that could be related to Fluchloralin, a fluorinated herbicide, considered already toxic in very small quantities.

  6. Batch #2 contains traces that could be associated with Vigabatrin, an anti-epileptic.

  • The presence of fetal DNA in large quantities, around 325 times higher than the maximum limit and 325,000 times higher than the minimum limit. Limits that European Medicines Agency classifies as carcinogenic.

  • They found that the DNA has a molecular weight that meant there are whole strands, with the presence of an entire genome in the vaccine instead of DNA fragments.

  • There is no presence of the rubella virus genome in the first batch and second vaccine batch.

  • Other contaminants the were found include:

  1. Proteobacteria

  2. Platyhelminthes worms and Nematoda

  3. 10 more ssRNA viruses

  4. Microviridae (bacterial viruses or phage)

  5. Retroviruses including : endogenous human and avian retroviruses, avian viruses, human immunodeficiency virus and immunodeficiency virus of monkeys (fragments that if inserted into the database turn out to be fragments of HIV and SIV), murine virus, horse infectious anemia virus, lymphoproliferative disease virus, Rous sarcoma virus.

  6. Other viruses like alphaendornavirus and hepatitis b virus, yeast virus.

The above contaminants were present in quantities equal to or GREATER than the Rubella virus that is meant to "effectively" confer immunity. So if your contaminants exceed the actual Rubella antigen what are the consequences of injecting these viruses, retroviruses, carcinogens, fungi, yeasts and bacteria?

2018.12.24 - Metagenomic analysis report on Priorix Tetra

 

  • It has been confirmed (as emerged in the previous phase) the presence of fetal DNA in large quantities, 1.7 μg in the first batch and 3.7 μg in the second batch, about 325 times higher than the maximum limit of 10 nanograms and 325,000 times higher than the minimum limit of 10 picograms , limits that Ema has told us to refer only to cells that are known for their carcinogenic activity. According to what they wrote, the fetal cells of the 60s, used for the production of these vaccines, would not be carcinogenic because "used for decades". 

  • We believe more investigations are needed on this point, there are indeed some studies that seriously question the absence of carcinogenicity of these lines. We then more accurately ascertained the molecular dimensions of the detected DNA and compared to the previous analyzes it was found that the contained DNA has a molecular weight of 20,000 / 60,000 bp. This basically means that there are no fragments of DNA inside this drug, but whole strands, with the presence of an entire genome.

  • We have also confirmed that there is no presence of the rubella virus genome in the first batch and in the second batch; using a much more sensitive detection, we have found it in 3 reads, equal to 0.00008% of the total RNA viruses.

2019.01.31 - Adventitious and rubella viruses in Priorix Tetra batch A71CB256A

What does this report say among other things?

  • Rubella is absent or in negligible quantities.

  • Adventitious viruses can cause serious health problems.

  • WHO regulations are clear, there must be no side viruses.

  1. Is the rubella present in the vaccine sufficient to produce an immunogenic effect or can it be considered subthreshold (i.e. as an adventitious       contamination)?

  2. Are adventitious viruses really present? If so, can they be dangerous?

 

  1. With regard to point 1) we can strongly question the ability of the attenuated rubella virus to act as an immunogenic antigen because of the negligible number of copies and the attenuation that further weakens its effectiveness, so we can consider it to all intents and purposes a sub-threshold contaminant

  2. With regard to point 2) the list of adventitious viruses detected by screening revealed a large number of viruses, after comparison with the sequences deposited in the official databases,  whose identification could have been erroneously attributed by the software that classified them, due to the uncertainty related to the very low number of copies. A one-by-one manual verification was necessary to confirm their presence by means of a different software (BLAST) and it was thus possible to confirm the presence of the following contaminating retroviruses:

  • Human endogenous retrovirus K            

  • 32 sequences

  • Equine infectious anemia virus

  • 2 sequences

  • Avian leukosis virus

  • 2 sequences

  • HERV-H/env62

  • 4 sequences

2019.04.11 - Focus on Corvelva Analysis - Adventitious Viruses

 

  • In the vaccine we have identified 4 viruses, Human endogenous retrovirus K, Equine infectious anemia virus, Avian leukosis virus and HERV-H/env62.

  • Abnormal activation of endogenous human retroviruses has been associated with several diseases such as cancer, autoimmunity and neurological disorders.

  • In particular, in cancer activity and expression, HERV has been specifically associated with tumour aggressiveness and patient outcomes.

 

2019.04.21 - What did we find in the MMRV (Priorix Tetra) vaccine?

  1. Antigens - 3 out of 4 attenuated viruses were identified and sequenced. Rubella was detected in a very low number of copies. Varicella, mumps and measles viruses have higher mutations, probably derived from the attenuation of a large number of minor variants (quasipecies).

  2. Chemical Contaminants (signals) - 115-173 (29-43% known)

  3. Chemical toxins - NO

  4. Protein Contaminants - Sarcoplasmin calcium-binding protein, Actina e Vimentina

  5. Free peptide contaminants - NO

  6. Residual DNA/RNA deriving from cultured cells - Total amount of DNA: 1.7-3.7 μg/dose, the 80% of which was human (Human fetal DNA / RNA from the MRC-5 cell line). Other amount of DNA: chicken

GARDASIL 9

 

2019.01.15 - Initial results on Gardasil 9 chemical composition

Note: Gardasil 9 is an anti-Hpv vaccine that should contain 9 antigens as specified in the package insert, protecting from 9 different subtypes of the Hpv virus (subtype 6 -11 - 16 - 18 - 31 - 33 - 45 - 52 - 58). However, not all the indicated antigens have been detected, but 7 out of 9.

 

In this Gardasil 9 batch we have found, as for the previously analysed vaccines:

  • Chemical contaminations from the manufacturing process or cross-contaminations from different production lines

  • Chemical toxins

 

ANTIGENS: as mentioned above, Gardasil 9 should contain, as indicated in the package insert, 9 antigens against 9 different subtypes of the Hpv virus (subtype 6 -11 - 16 - 18 - 31 - 33 - 45 - 52 - 58 ).

 

Out of the above mentioned, we have not found:

  • L1 Type 11 Human Papillomavirus (one of the subtypes that are most commonly associated with cervical lesions)

  • L1 Type 58 Human Papillomavirus (one of the subtypes that is most frequently associated with cervical cancer)

These two subtypes have not been detected by the analysis method in use (unlike the remaining 7).

2019.01.27 - Metagenomic analysis report on Gardasil 9

 

Presence of adventitious genetic material in residual quantities. The following essential points can be summarized:

  • Presence of adventitious genetic material as DNA: Bacteria,  Human and Mouse DNA, Adventitious viruses, Phages, Molluscum contagiosum virus, Retrovirus: Mouse leukemia virus, Human endogenous retrovirus K.

  • Adventitious genetic material present as RNA: Bacteria, Synthetic constructs (artificial sequences), Yeast and its viruses (L-BC virus and narnavirus), Infectious equine anemia virus and mouse leukemia virus

2019.04.05 - Insights on nucleic acid sequences (DNA and RNA) related to the L1 fragment of the HPV genome in Gardasil 9

 

Our analysis have confirmed the following:

  • From the study in metagenomics of the L1 fragments of the vaccine HPV strains it was found that the 58 strain is absent both as DNA and as RNA, this may be due to the same reasons for which the protein is not found, as also the DNA sequencing and of RNA could be hampered by the bond with aluminum (as demonstrated in his studies by Professor Lee mentioned later in the notes), or indeed the antigen might be missing.

  • The absence of DNA and the presence of RNA for types 16, 6, 11, 33, 52, 45, 31 indicates that the strains are there and there is also evidence in the analysis with LC- MS with protein detection, except for strain 11.

  • Ppo Strain 20 is not stated in the data sheet so it can be considered a potential contaminant.

  • Virus Copies of viruses referred to as Human papillomavirus and Unsigned Papillomaviridae are pieces of L1 fragments that cannot be attributed to a specific strain.

  • For further information, the L1 fragments present in the greatest number of copies were sequenced, ie strains 18, 16, and 6 and were confirmed.

  • The implications related to the presence of these fragments are those already reported by prof. Lee in his studies, namely that the presence of aluminum stabilizes degradation, enhancing its ability to activate a powerful long-term inflammatory response and to be transported through the lymphatic system to macrophages in various districts of the body.

2019.05.23 - APDB amphetamine report in Gardasil 9 sample

 

From what we could see the problems were, under the metagenomic profile, the presence of adventitious genetic material presents such as bacteria, human and mouse DNA, adventitious viruses like phages and retroviruses and yeasts.

  • What most impressed us was the presence of L1 fragments of the genome of papillomavirus. These fragments should not be present in the vaccine because the papillomavirus is carcinogenic and their presence together with the aluminium adjuvant is believed to be the cause of some of the serious adverse reactions in the injured.

  • The same chemical analysis, even if shocking due to the number of potential non-residual contaminants found, had left a huge question mark. The analysis with the technology used in the laboratories we identified, gave us 338 signals of which only 22% are known. What has seemed to many unbelievable, that is the list of the probably identified compounds, in reality, to us, it created enormous interest the remaining 78% not known.

  • A study of this unknown 78% started a further study and, after repeated analysis carried out in two different laboratories and with two different instruments, we can now tell you that a signal we found, compared to three databases consulted, leads us to determine that in some lots of Gardasil 9, especially in lot R009338, there is a contamination corresponding to an amazing drug called APDB.

  • Currently, it has been impossible to determine with absolute certainty that the signal is just the APDB amphetamine because of the current regulations our laboratories could not buy the certified analytical standard as it was a drug and could not be acquired by subjects not provided with the appropriate authorization, however, the correspondence of the fragmentation spectra in several databases with this molecule gives us a very high degree of probability.
